This policy explains how Singapore Draw Data Lab (“we”, “us”, or the “Site”) handles personal data when you use our website, account, and membership services.
Information we collect
We process the email address, display name, and sign-in information you provide when registering; feedback you choose to submit; and necessary technical information generated to secure sessions, protect the service, and improve the Site. If you connect Telegram, WhatsApp, or a payment service, we process information you authorise for that feature.
How we use information
We use information to create and protect accounts, provide membership and notification services, respond to requests, prevent misuse, maintain security, and, where appropriate consent is given, send the service or marketing messages you choose to receive.
Optional experience analytics
Only after you sign in and explicitly enable “Analytics experience” in Consent choices do we record daily aggregate counts for predefined page-entry events, to improve navigation and the research experience. These aggregates contain no account, session, IP address, device or browser identifier, URL, locale, article or draw content, AI question, or free-form text. You may withdraw consent at any time; no new analytics events are recorded after withdrawal.
Sharing and retention
We share information only as needed to operate the service with trusted providers such as authentication, payment, messaging, and infrastructure providers. We do not sell personal data. Information is retained while your account or service relationship is active and afterwards only as necessary for legal, dispute-resolution, and security purposes.
Your choices and rights
From the Privacy & account protection page, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of relevant personal data. You may also withdraw optional messaging consent or enable self-exclusion. Certain deletion requests may be limited by legal, security, or completed-transaction recordkeeping requirements.
